By using AktEdu software and services, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set out on this page in advance.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AktEdu platform, you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice that form an integral part of them. Please do not use the platform if you do not accept these terms.
2. Service Description and Licence
AktEdu is a cloud-based platform for academic tracking, exam analysis, weekly planning and guidance for educational institutions, teachers, students and parents. Institutions receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive SaaS licence valid for the duration of their subscription agreement.
3. Account Security and User Responsibilities
- Users must keep their login credentials (email, password) confidential.
- Sharing an account with others or transferring it without authorisation is prohibited.
- The account holder and relevant educational institution are responsible for all actions performed through your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
AktEdu software code, interface designs, graphics, Athena AI architecture and registered rights are owned by AktEdu. Reverse engineering the platform, copying its source code or reproducing it without permission constitutes an offence under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities on the platform are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to test, breach or gain unauthorised access to system security.
- Extracting data without permission using automated bots or scraping tools.
- Carrying out DoS/DDoS attacks that overload the platform infrastructure.
- Uploading unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
6. Service Level and Changes
AktEdu takes the necessary technical measures to ensure 99.9% system availability. Planned maintenance and updates are announced to users in advance. AktEdu reserves the right to update product features and pricing with prior notice.
7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from their application.
